Leslie Tracey, Principal & Founder
Leslie has been working with business owners since 2014 and she knows the challenges. She is a fierce advocate for women's leadership and she specializes in the Medical Aesthetics Industry and enjoys working with Medical Professionals of Diverse Backgrounds.
She is a Galderma GAIN Business Trainer, and host of the popular Aesthetics business podcast "Diamond Hands", partner in Diamond Hands Media and outside of taking care of her clients she enjoys traveling the world. Originally from Cheshire, CT, she loves reading, playing violin, pipe organ and the outdoors. She resides in North Andover, MA and works nationally.
Fun fact: Leslie was a Music Director for 10 years! She is 1 of 7 children, and studied English Literature and Music at Western Connecticut State University.

Rosie joined Leslie in August of 2020. Prior to this, Rosie learned valuable experience working for Allstate Insurance. Rosie is also fluent in Spanish.
